Complete remodel for a 1,650 ft² apartment in Monterrey. The original layout included three bedrooms, which were transformed into two: creating a more generous master bedroom, with room for a desk and sitting area.
The kitchen saw an addition of a small partition wall, to house the kitchen counter, and separate the living room, to give it a more intimate feel for entertaining.
Built-in furniture is painted the same colour as the interior walls , letting the furniture blend into the space while letting the pieces on them sing.
Carpentry in rich, natural american walnut, which is the same wood used on engineered floor. This material choice brings warmth to the appartment.
Sharp down lighting brings a dramatic effect on the space. Highlighting the elegance of the materials used throughout.
